Appearance-
Short description:A white tom with brilliant bind green blue eyes
Pelt:His pelt is neat and well kept. It is slicked back all the time. He got his name because of the bright snow colored pelt he was born with. The fur is not long or short. It's a perfect length However, on his tail it feathers out making it look longer. To the touch its very feathery. His pelt is perfect in the winter because of all the snow that falls, however in the spring, summer, and fall, it can be a burden when it comes to hiding.
Eyes: They are wide and oval like. Most Windclan cat's tend to have rounded eyes, his are more slanted and pointed. The iris is a nice pure black and the color is a warm green with hints of blue and jade. You can't help but to get lost in his eyes. Perhaps this is what makes him so handsome. His left eye seems to be glazed over. He is blind in this eye and has been this way since he was a kit.
Build: He is a rather tall tom. Very long legs that help with speed and jumping. This explains where his heritage might go back to. His tail is long as well giving him almost perfect balance. He does stand out a bit more since his legs are longer than most Windclanner's. He isn't very muscular like most apprentices might seem to be. Most of his strength is in his legs. Most of the apprentices seem to have balances in strength.
Face: His face is rounded. His features are sharp. His whiskers aren't very long and they have a nice gray tint to them. His nose is a tint of pink with some black marks. The placement of his features seems almost too perfect. Except for his ears. They are long and tall as well as pointed. They stand out the most on his face.
Personality-
Snowpaw is one of a complicated persona. He's young at heart, and always will be. Upon seeing a cat, He isn't quick to judge, and does not put them on her good or bad list. He loves to gossip. He doesn't mind listening to the warriors speak of cats who got in trouble or cats who did this or that.He is playful to those she likes, and can come up with a funny joke to everything. He is known to become attached to friends. His friends mean the world to him besides his own mentor. He can't help but put his full trust in them. If he was ever to be betrayed, it would be a very heartbreaking moment. He is kind, friendly, and playful. He is very sensitive, and any little thing can result in a complete mood-change. Snowpaw has an unexpected passion for Healing, and is both a cat to fight for lives ,and to love cats in his clan. A dreamer, and a thinker, He is very creative, and can be very wise. He enjoys sunsets, star-gazing, and peaceful night walks through the forest. Not liking others to see him down, he often holds in stress and anger until it boils over edge, resulting in moody and depressed days every so often.
He has a strong passion in Starclan?. He believes that every step he takes is guided by the cats from above.
Even though he enjoys the calm sensations of the Medicine cat den, he needs to know how to fight and defend. Indeed he likes to have his claws unsheathed he would rather not have to see another cat in pain. He would rather be able to help than to hurt.
History-
Kit hood: He was born to the queen Mockingbird and the warrior Falconbreeze. He was lucky enough to have two siblings. A lovely sister named Skykit, now known as Skypaw, and a rough brother named Shrewkit now known as Shrewpaw. The three enjoyed each others company however he had a closer bond to Skypaw. They were inseparable as kits and still are now. Every waking moment of Snowpaw's life he was with Skypaw. They shared the same nest same thoughts. He would not know how to survive without his sister. However a night came where he would lost someone. Mockingbird was ill, with what is still unknown now. She was on a rampage, attacking her clan, and if she drew blood the cat she attacked would get it as well. Snowpaw was lucky. Mockingbird clawed his left eye, leaving him blind. That would be his scar forever. Knowing that he wouldn't be able to see in that eye, and knowing his mother died under his watch. For over a moon he was under Blizzardhearts watch. One day, his father came in enraged to see that the son he wanted to make the best warrior ever might be blind. He told Blizzardheart that if he didn't heal his son's vision Snowkit would no longer be his. Each day, Snowpaw prayed to Starclan hoping his sight would recover, but not even the great Medicine cat could bring back his sight. When Falconbreeze heard this he looked at his son with a look of hatred. He was no longer his son. Falconbreeze had been without Mockingbird for such a long time... and now his son was weak and a burden to the clan. He spat in disgust and looked at him as if he were nothing more than an annoying kit.
Apprentice hood:
He hasn't been an apprentice for long. In fact he was just recently released from the Medicine cat's den to let Windclan's leader bring him up in a rank in the clan. Even after the leader called out his new name. He was not given a mentor. He waited patiently for The medicine cat to choose an apprentice. Even though the cat is still young. He also knew that there were many apprentices wanting that spot. Today he sits outside the Medicine cat den waiting to see who they will choose. When he's not doing this he trains by himself to keep up with the other apprentices, just in case rejection were to happen. When windclan's announced he was now an apprentice,Falconbreeze took Shrewpaw and left. He would not let his only good son be seen with a cat so weak. Soon after the medicine cat chose him. He would be a quick learner and a good edition.
Roleplay Example-
SNOWPAW
Whisper to me my dear, that no matter how I am you will love me so.....
His green eyes were swirled with jade and blue. His eyes were wide, and alert. A light snow had sparkled with ground with a pillow of downy white flakes that chilled the fur, yet made ones pelt sparkle. A distant memory flooded his mind. The memory of his mother that was once gentle and kind was no longer with him. Mockingbird, aside from Skypaw, was the only other cat he could connect with.
He closed his eyes and suddenly was washed away into a fiery pit of nightmares.....Foam seemed to drip from her mouth. Snowkit watched as his mother's ratty claws dug into her clan mates. This wasn't like her. She was so loyal and kind yet, when she sunk her claws into other cats, days later they were ill with the same thing.
He watched in fear as she grew weak. If Cloudclan's leader let her, she would have infected the whole clan. Her last moments her infected claws dug into the apprentices eyes. Snowkit was able to move so only his left eye was caught. He felt pain for the first time. He mewled innocently. How could his mother do this to him. However, that thought was pulled away at the thought of his sister."I must protect Skykit....."
A soft whisper woke him. His left eye, infected with something that not even a medicine cat could know if. The voice relaxed him. He flicked his tail up and down to inform whoever was speaking to him that he was able to hear them.
A harsh mew interrupted his relaxed thoughts."I wanted to mentor my son and teach him to be the best warrior! How can he be of any use if his left eye wont even open. When it does I know he can't see out of it! Falconbreeze was enraged with pain. He had always promised with his guidance that he would be the most respected warrior in the forest."You better tell me, if my son will ever see out of that eye again. If not, I am ashamed to call him my son!
The medicine cat looked up. There eyes seemed to have a shocked. Yesthey had the mean sense of humor, and when a kit messed up their herbs it was frustrating, but to walk out on your son because he might not see in his left eye, that was something he would not tolerate."Listen here, just because your son may not see does not mean you walk out on him. I'm blind in my right eye and I do just fine!" The tom spat his words in a harsh tone."You walk out on your son, and you just might lose my respect..." Not that he really cared. Snowpaw wouldn't get special treatment. Once he was able to go on being an annoying kit like most were, he would forget about it. However, he would blind, just like him."I want you to walk out of this den and don't you dare come back!"
His brown pelt bristled. His eyes fumed with an anger never seen before."Why we have a rouge like you in this clan beats me, but if in a few days he has not gotten his sight back, he will not be my son... I will not have a weak cat be known as my kin!" He curled his lip showing his silver fangs, before turning around leaving his son in the paws of the rouge he cared about nothing as he thought....
Snowkit listened intently, his only parent he had left.... was leaving him because he was blind? A small whimper escaped from the back of his throat. Why would he do this to him? He blinked away what would soon to be tears. He had no one but Skykit left. Shrewkit would follow behind Falconbreeze with the harsh look at life. Skykit would still be there for him. At least, that's what he hoped.
His blue eyes watched the tom go."About time that piece of mousedung left my den.." He drew his lip back as well and looked down at the kit that lay before him. He had the same snow white pelt, he to blind. He shook his head, he knew that he would never see again, but how could he treat his son like this....."
Snowpaw woke from that memory. Each day he had to watch his father's eyes glare at him. Only because of his left eye. Snowpaw let out the same whimper as he did a couple of moons ago. He missed his father. No, he didn't have a father, he had no one now. He would like to say that Falconbreeze was his father, but like the Medicine cat had said, what father would walk out on his son. Shystar had made him an apprentice, however he would not receive a mentor until The medicine cat decided who he wanted as an apprentice.
Snowpaw longed to be in there again. It was relaxing. Even though Blizzardheart the Medicine cat saw a cat who wasn't trusted because he had been a rouge. Snowpaw wanted to be an apprentice. At least then he could say he had someone in his life...beside the father who left him because he was the burden in the clan.
