It has become her passion to prove others wrong. Although she may not be able to run as quickly as others, cannot hunt as well or fight in a way that is worthy of recognition, she does have a bright mind and exhibits a keen sense of analytical prowess. The feline resents being looked down upon, though refrains from making those around her aware of her ire. She has built herself up in whatever fashion she believed would make others see her worth and force them to alter their opinion of her. With such a drive to succeed she has surpassed a fair amount of skeptical accusations against her – though, not without both help and repeated hardship. She is committed to doing what is necessary to win the respect of her friends and dislikes it when they worry excessively for her well-being. Having been such a sickly kit she cannot blame them for their concern but it irks her when they hover needlessly. However, she does give them reason to fret for her with how adamant she is in everything. Cherrpaw will push herself to her limits, demanding of her body more than it can compensate for and leading up to a few collapses here and there. She’ll sulk for a while but will always accept help when she is certain she will need it and is typically a very gracious individual. Happy to be of use to others, there is little that cherrypaw will opt out of. If given a task she will see it to completion despite her fear of failing at it. She will do what she believes will make a difference and is very motivated to do what is right by her Clan. DESCRIPTION: Cherrypaw falls into the category of runt due to her small stature and weak disposition among other gradually manifesting health problems. She was born Albino and if the only kitten of her litter to have the genetic defect that decreased her resistance to illness, lessens her durability and makes her a virtual liability to those of her Clan. The she-cat has problems eating large portions in one sitting. Usually she will opt to eat with others and pawn off the remainder of her food on those willing to take it before settling down for a nap. Her small body gives way to rather well proportioned limbs and dainty paws that she is almost constantly cleaning at one time or another. With her somewhat slanted profile her overall appearance gives little implication of how sickly the feline really is. Her eyes are a beguiling pink; the colors dilution makes them appear a shade away from actual white. Because of this defect her sight is poor, not only during the night but also even through the hours of the days she exhibits problems seeing. It isn’t blindness that she suffers from for she can see and discern as much detail as those around her; it is simply eyes inability to factor in the proper amount of light to her retinas. Her pupils are not capable of adjusting the amount of light versus what she actually needs to get by despite the fact that they do seem to dilate properly. Cherrypaw’s eyes are thus constantly secreting moisture and her watery gaze further hinders her ability to function in tandem to those around her. The she-cat has a very thin coat and it grows heavier by a small margin during the cold seasons. Although she is able to maintain a necessary body temperature she tends to huddle a lot, drawing herself into a crouch to preserve more heat. The brilliant white of her fur is attractive but it is flawed. Because it is so thin her skin does receive a great deal more exposure to the sun and she tends to get rashes a lot as a result. This generally only happens during Green-Leaf. Because of so many deficiencies, Cherrypaw does not have an ample amount of stamina.
